Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Accountant for Accounts Receivable maintenance and all related responsibilities

§ Accountant for Job Costing Function of Service Department

§ Accountant to Prepare, Execute and Track Lease Documentation. Calculate Buy Outs.

§ Service Department Billing and Maintenance Agreement Documentation.

§ Post to the general ledger including month end journal entries, accruals and deferrals.

§ Assist in monthly financial statement preparation.

§ Light Administration, reception and phone duties

§ Complete other projects as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

§ Must be proficient in MS Excel including formularies.

§ Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations/information.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

§ Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

§ Ability to work without supervision and to make appropriate decisions.

§ Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

§ Associates Degree in Accounting, Bachelors preferred.

§ 3 – 5 years previous accounting experience.

Essential Physical Functions:

§ Required to sit for long periods of time.

§ Infrequent light physical effort required.
