CRDF Global is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager who is interested in working in a fast-paced, growing organization. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Management, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will plan and oversee CRDF Global’s total compensation and benefits programs which span multiple geographies. A successful candidate will be able to develop competitive and cost-effective programs to support attraction of top talent and employee retention, have extensive experience leading such programs and be able to collaborate and engage regularly with people from across our global organization.
