Medical Front Office Manager

Cranberry Psychological Center at Fox Chapel is a thriving, privately-owned outpatient mental health practice located in O'Hara Township. We are currently seeking an energetic, full-time medical office manager to add to our front office staff.

Full time- 40 hours per week.

Hourly rate commensurate with experience.

Schedule is mainly 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The candidate we seek must allow for slight flexibility in start and end times when necessary.

The candidate we seek must possess a positive and optimistic mindset, be dependable, team oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to go above and beyond to make each patient experience a great one.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the daily front office operations to ensure that all current company policies, workflows, and procedures are being followed accurately and efficiently
• Oversee the timely scheduling of both new and existing patients to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient clinician schedules
• Effectively and professionally communicate the general needs of the office to ensure both patient and clinician satisfaction
• Investigate, report, and resolve matters in a fair and satisfactory manner
• Answer billing questions and oversee patient receivables to ensure timely payments and appropriate insurance and patient balances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.96 - $21.63 per hour
