Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our home office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our tenants and guests . The role will organize, coordinate, and manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

The right person will have some administrative skills, a knack for organization, and be able to adapt in an ever-changing environment. This individual must have a can-do attitude and be willing to do everything from running office errands to watering plants, managing office supplies, unloading the dishwasher, and making copies. In this role, you will also be brought into special projects as needed. This individual will report directly to the Human Resources team.

General Administrative duties.

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Manage executives schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Order and pick up lunch for a company meeting.
  • Answer phones and building emails.
  • Assist HR team in special events research, coordination, implementation.
  • Helps employees in the office as needed.
  • Maintain communication with building tenants and provide assistance as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of conference rooms for employees and building tenants.
  • Assist finance team with billing, invoices, and payment processing
  • Manage and deliver building tenant mail/packages.
  • Weekly Office Shopping.
  • Decorate office building for designated holidays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of 5th and 6th floor kitchens including loading and unloading dishwasher.
  • General organization of office
  • Special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Assist HR team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License.
  • Reliable source of transportation required.
  • Awesome Attitude, ready to help where needed.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrable experience as an administrator or office manager.
  • Customer service skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be flexible and adaptive to change.

Salary:

$18-$22 per hour
