The Office of International Education (OIE) is committed to supporting, promoting, and celebrating individuals in an intercultural environment. We advocate for and facilitate international and cross-cultural experiences, perspectives, and initiatives. OIE promotes and facilitates study abroad and acts as a liaison to the university for international students, researchers, and professors.
The Office of International Education is seeking an efficient and highly-detail oriented Front Desk Manager to support key aspects of dynamic and evolving office operations including reception desk operations. We are seeking candidates with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and has the ability to assume responsibility and work collaboratively.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy reception area, creating a pleasant, welcoming, visitor experience, interfacing with and providing basic immigration information to international students and scholars and initial instructions to study abroad students, and for providing general administrative support to staff in the Office of International Education (OIE). We are seeking qualified candidates who can contribute, through their experiences to the diversity and excellence of the academic community and our engagement with a multicultural student body.
