Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving dental officelocated in Harmar Pa, just of Route 28 two exits before the Pittsburgh Mills. We have one dentis, two assistants, two hygienists and two front desk receptionists. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, patient and insurance billing. Our dental software is Dentrix. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Patient and Insurance Billing
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
