Venuelocity is an online listings portal designed to increase sales and revenue for hotels by driving incremental, qualified leads using exceptional storytelling, design, and technology capabilities. 

We are growing and looking for a Venuelocity Services Manager to join our team.

This role will provide a rewarding mix of building client relationships, optimizing client sales, providing customer support and managing administrative tasks. 

This is an in-person position based at our headquarter office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in sales or marketing, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and remote.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve proactively.
• Ability to work on teams as well as individually.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the Venuelocity program and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire client engagement.
• Own the success of Venuelocity’s lead generation product performance, resolving challenges and issues in a proactive and timely manner.
• Work with project managers to onboard new accounts and manage expectations on deliverables.
• Partner with in-house media experts to optimize paid search and paid social campaigns, conducting daily checks on account/campaign budget pacing and KPI goals. 
• Conduct Quality Assurance of client listing functionality.
• Utilize internal project management systems to delegate tasks and follow up with internal teams on project deliverables.
• Manage client communications regarding product and performance.
• Work closely with Venuelocity sales, leadership and product marketing team to gather and prioritize enhancement requests and ongoing product releases.
• Generate case studies for ongoing marketing initiatives.
