Senior Property Manager
Full time, 80 hours per pay period, Day Shift

Position Summary:
Provides technical assistance in the daily operations of Covenant Health Properties Management. Serves as liaison/customer service contact for assigned tenants for over 2.5 million square feet of properties in Covenant owned buildings on ten (10) Covenant sites in addition to all off campus leased properties. Coordinates all leases with facility CAOs for approval in addition to lease billing/collection, renewal dates, maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, tenant improvement proposals, etc. Additionally, manages and negotiates new leases and renewals between Covenant Health tenants and outside Landlords. Coordinates information exchange between tenants and Covenant Health Properties on construction, renovation, and maintenance issues. Oversees the selection and ordering of supplies, furnishings, signage, and equipment on new construction projects as directed.

Minimum Education:
College degree required; B.A. or B.S.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years experience in a real estate-related field with understanding of real estate terminology and real estate/property management principles and procedures. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have strong organizational skills and detail orientation. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to establish rapport and interact effectively and diplomatically with physicians and all levels of management and outside professionals and service vendors.
