Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel facilities.
- Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
