Position Overview: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The Guest Service Agent will be the face of our hotel, responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable. If you are a friendly, customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply. Weekends are required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards for quality and excellence in guest service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
