Job Overview:
The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for connecting the world to lifelong transformative learning. They also work to shape public conversations on the future of education and work. The team is currently focused on bringing new learners to the site, connecting students to degree programs, attracting new enterprise customers — including businesses, governments, and campuses — and creating a marketing system that nurtures learners throughout their professional lives.
As a Degree Marketing Associate, you will partner with Degree Marketing Managers to manage the operational aspect of successful recruitment cycles and achieve cohort goals for our certificate and degree programs, while building the future success of the programs. With guidance from the Director of Degree Marketing for North America, you’ll build, manage, and communicate the program value propositions through a comprehensive operational plan to reach potential students, nurture qualified leads through the consideration cycle to the point of application submission and enrollment, and coordinate with marketing departments at our partner universities.
You will directly impact the growth and success of our degree programs and help shape the future of higher education. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between69,000 and99,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
