The Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will contribute to all facets of marketing, from digital campaigns and social media management to event planning and market research.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a junior-level marketer to gain experience in a wide range of marketing areas while making a significant impact on our growth and the way healthcare providers engage with technology.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and update the company website, blog, and social media platforms to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the remote patient monitoring space.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and tools that support sales efforts.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data to inform future decisions.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through various channels to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor strategies to ensure our marketing remains innovative and effective.

Required Skill Set & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
• Analytical mindset, with an ability to interpret data and metrics to guide marketing decisions.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for technology and healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to collaborate across departments.
• Periodic travel might be required for industry events and partner meetings.

Qualifications & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the healthcare, tech, or software sectors.
• Background in healthcare or software marketing is a plus.
