TribalVision is Hiring a Remote Associate Director of Marketing Technology

THE ROLE

The Associate Director of Marketing Technology will support the day-to-day implementation & management of all Martech across relevant clients. This includes, but is not limited to, standing up new accounts, building out various automations, integration with other platforms and tools, QAing processes, building workflows, and more. The role has a primary focus on Hubspot as a majority of TribalVision’s account base operates on the Hubspot suite of services. Knowledge of other leading CRM platforms including Salesforce and Marketo is a plus. This role can be hybrid out of our Boston headquarters or fully remote. See applicable states below.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • MarTech Stack Management
    • Oversee and manage marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other relevant tools
    • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between different systems
  • Manage the integration of tools either internally or through external resources including, but not limited to:
    • Website updates
    • API development
    • Google Tag Manager tagging
  • Understanding of database management and experience in maintaining data hygiene, segmentation, and data governance practices
  • Analytics 
    • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Director to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
    • Develop reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
    • Provide regular reports and analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
    • Help Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting across the marketing team
  • Support the Digital Marketing Director in framing the agency's Hubspot, CRM, and marketing automation offering, and provide strategic and innovative solutions for unique client challenges
  • Support with the day-to-day implementation & management of Hubspot, CRM, and other automation platforms across relevant clients. This includes, but is not limited to, standing up new accounts, building out various automations, integration with other platforms and tools, QAing processes, building workflows, and more.
  • Help maintain and grow agency Hubspot Partner relationship alongside Digital Marketing Director and Business Development
  • Oversees the technical recommendations and execution of Hubspot projects for the firm.
  • Works with Client Services, Project Managers, and Digital Marketing Director to define ideal client workflow for clients and projects moving through the Digital Marketing team
  • Supports on client onboarding meetings to present team and onboarding materials in relation to marketing automation projects
  • Reviews and approves timeline within strategy Gantt and ensures the timeline is reasonable for resources assigned
  • Leads strategy building for clients as it relates to Hubspot, CRM, and other marketing automation platforms, tracking tools, and implementation
  • Work with other production groups to ensure MA is appropriately accounted for during the setup of their tactics
  • Work effectively with clients to determine the vision of the marketing automation tool and ensure execution.
  • Ensure timely and successful deployment of all work. Identify potential issues or challenges to workflows or project completion and recommend solutions in partnership with Project Management.
  • Build and implement a quality assurance process for work that will be completed by resources outside of digital marketing team members to ensure that work is of high quality and executed according to best practices.
  • Assist with marketing automation and CRM thought leadership, internally and on behalf of the agency in the marketplace, in the form of mentorship, POVs, client presentations, and new business pitches.
  • Stay on the cusp of the fast-changing trends in the Hubspot platform, CRM, and marketing automation landscape, helping the team and clients understand the impact of these changes and navigate them successfully.
  • Support the director with scoping of upsells and net-new Hubspot, CRM, and marketing automation work in order to ensure accurate hours and timelines.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides day-to-day coaching and oversight of digital marketing staff for their assigned marketing automation client accounts
  • Assist with training facilitation for team members on the Digital Marketing team
  • In partnership with Digital Marketing Content lead, defines and assigns digital marketing team to work on individual client projects based on project complexity and team member skillset

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep experience in the Hubspot platform is required. Specific knowledge requirements include:
    • Sales Hub, Marketing Hub Experience Is Required
  • Ops Hub, CMS Hub, Service Hub experience is preferred but not required
  • Full implementation of system from setup to workflows to reporting
  • Admin settings including GDPR, Team, Subscription, Setup, and branding settings
  • Lead scoring, CRM Management, Contact upload, List organization, Data mapping/integrations
  • Marketing emails
  • Workflows & automations
  • Sequences
  • Sales enablement
  • Deal stages and sales automation
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Chat flows
  • Record and View customizations
  • Custom objects
  • Knowledge of other leading CRM platforms including Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
  • 5-7 years in the digital/technology development arm of a marketing-oriented role; marketing automation management experience required, ideally in an agency setting
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives across a full roster of clients.
  • Working conceptual knowledge of integrations with third-party platforms
  • An entrepreneurial passion for the agency, with out-of-the-box thinking and strong inspirational leadership
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skill
