Job Description

The Senior Marketing Associate will report to the Head of Marketing and will support the firm’s business development activity and marketing initiatives, to promote Trove as the leading independent provider of family office services in North America.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the firm’s business development initiatives, including:
    • Track, manage, and report on new business opportunities and pipeline using Excel and Salesforce
    • Organize, track, and follow up on potential client and advisor opportunities
    • Develop and update custom presentations, materials, and proposals
  • Manage marketing program and materials
    • Work with agency partners to develop marketing materials
    • Create content for conferences, white papers, events, social media
    • Manage printing projects such as collateral, business cards, promotional items, and other materials
    • Write and distribute emails and press releases
    • Maintain library of materials/items and provide resources to the team
  • Plan and execute conferences and events
    • Develop strategy, content, and materials for industry conferences and events
    • Manage conference calendar, research new opportunities
    • Plan and execute advisor events in key cities
    • If applicable, lead event team for client-facing private events
  • Oversee social media program and maintain web site, including
    • Develop and maintain social media calendar
    • Write social media and blog posts and manage content provided by others
    • Update web site content and images
    • Create graphics, post on various platforms
    • Track and report on effectiveness of campaigns using analytics
  • Track budgets
    • Maintain and report on budgets by business unit

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in hands-on sales support and marketing roles
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to generate and customize content for different audiences
  • Experience working with C-Suite Executives, Family Offices and/or High Net Worth Individuals, or other financial services preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office (Office 365) programs, social media platforms, and internet research
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint
  • Adherence to high confidentiality standards

Location

This position is located in our downtown Boston office, with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days per week after a 120-day training and onboarding period.
