What You'll Do...
This is an entry-level intern position. Great opportunity to get on-the-job-training and apply your skills to fast-paced, diverse projects. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the accounting department. You will
- Assist with creating invoices in Deltek and excel
- Assist with preparing cost reports in excel
- Assist with contract administration
- Process contract modifications in Deltek and timekeeping software
- Create presentations and status reports
- Organize and update accounting files
- Research and collect pertinent information
- Assist with special projects
- Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable laws
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What is Required to Get the Job Done

- Part-time, professional, partially on-site position at the corporate facility
- Mastery of basic MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) plus SharePoint
