Cornerstone Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company providing 3rd party management services . We manage a diverse set of assets including market rate, senior living, affordable and lease up properties.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee LIHTC and HUD properties in Tennessee . The position is remote but must be in the general location of this area. Benefits include:

CLASSIFICATION: Salary/Exempt, Full-Time

COMPENSATION: $90.000.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Property Manager is a business and team leader. They are responsible to the overall success of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Hire, train, mentor and support onsite team members
• Communicate problem solving solutions to asset managers and senior management
• Review financial statements, review and approve invoices for payment
• Identify problems, implement solutions to address them
• Review operational reports, identify areas of improvement
• Oversight of property maintenance and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD regulations

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-family property management
• Minimum 2 years' HUD experience required
• Minimum 2 years' LIHTC experience required
• Minimum 1-2 years of Regional Manager Experience required
• Working knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Solid communications skills and ability to effectively communicate recommendations directly to senior management
• Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

TRAVEL: Ability to travel as needed for site visits and company meetings. Est up to 20-40% of the time

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CAM, CPM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Advanced proficiently with Real Page property management suite of products
