We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to join our Online Sales and Marketing (OSM) team, focusing on driving acquisitions for our Parallels business.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will:

  • Set the strategy across all areas of growth marketing (paid, lifecycle/email, website optimization), with the ability to be hands on particularly in web optimization
  • Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders from product, data analytics, creative services and MarTech teams
  • Be extremely data driven be an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs (working with a data science/analytics team)
  • Engaging with users and customers to understand their use cases, and their goals and challenges as they use our products
  • Developing experiments focused on increasing trial conversion, product adoption or expansion
  • Prioritizing and managing an experimentation roadmap

What YOU bring to the table:

  • Over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5 years developing B2B and B2C growth experiments in the SaaS space
  • Breadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, and marketing ops and analytics
  • Proficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them—or you can figure it out quickly
  • Experimentation mindset. You understand the importance of testing and scaling what works, and can prioritize tests and find ways to get them out quickly
  • Strong business acumen, including building business cases and developing clear hypotheses
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make decisions without perfect information. Drives decisions with both quantitative user data and qualitative user feedback. Can articulate WHY a shift in the data might be happening
  • Obsessive about understanding user psychology
  • Conscious of ROI (ex. P.I.E. framework) and obsesses over results. Strives for impact first, creativity second
