Core Commercial Services is Hiring a Commercial Account Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Core Commercial is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota.

Qualifications:

  • Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time well and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone.
  • This is the ideal role for ambitious and looking to grow their sales career with a leading cleaning company
  • Ability to plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure maximum productivity
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position
  • No college degree is required, however, BS/BA degree or equivalent helpful
  • Own a dependable and respectable vehicle with proper insurance
  • Sales Occupations: 3 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets, long-term customer retention, and product selection
  • Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
  • You will provide complete and appropriate packaging, janitorial, safety solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
  • Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting and lead generation to closing the sale and creating a referral-based sales channel

  • People Skills: enjoys interacting and engaging with people in order to help us build customers for life
  • Communication Skills: can efficiently communicate Core Commercial services during at-home or phone conversations
  • Listening Skills: must be humble and willing to listen to people to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Sales deliverables and generate new revenue through prospecting, lead generation techniques, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • He/she will be evaluated based upon the ability to generate leads that create new partnerships/accounts and expand existing business
