Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the monthly and annual closing process.
- Support the quarterly reporting process by preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with the SOX Program through rigorous internal controls and documentation.
- Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and ERP system management.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with actively participating in the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements is a plus.
