Cora Systems is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Atlanta, GA

Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Atlanta

We are looking for highly competitive graduates who have a desire to make a tangible impact on the future of Cora System’s expansion strategy.

As an SDR, you will have direct responsibility for opportunity identification, pipeline building and client engagement. You will receive in-depth training on Cora’s product offerings along with long term opportunities to develop your career e.g. if you start as an SDR and perform well in your role, you will have the opportunity after 1-2 years to progress into one of the other areas of Cora’s business. In addition to this, you will get to work in a fun and vibrant work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and marketing Cora Systems business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) for both inbound and outbound prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the sales Team
  • Providing in depth information to the sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of minimum calls/emails per day
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Ideally 6 months Sales experience
  • A proven ability to have performed in a competitive environment
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
  • Project Management knowledge is highly preferred
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
