Copperstate Classic Cars is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ

About Us:
We are a renowned classic car restoration shop with a legacy spanning almost 40 years. Known for our excellent service and craftsmanship, we are on a mission to expand our operations. Our team is dedicated to preserving automotive history while delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage communications, ensure smooth operations, and support our management team as we continue to grow our network of restoration shops.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer emails and take phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize MS Office for various tasks, including document preparation and data management.
  • Update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regularly.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, invoice preparation, and follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Document and write down company processes.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Help organize jobs in the shop and assign tasks to team members.

Character Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to help grow the company and grow with it.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
