Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Duties:

- Front desk management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

- File management: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.

- Training development: Coordinate and develop training programs for new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Phone etiquette: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.

- Vendor management: Liaise with vendors to order office supplies, ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Payroll administration: Process employee timesheets, calculate wages, and ensure accurate and timely payment.

- Phone systems management: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of office phone systems.

- Supervising: Provide guidance and support to administrative staff, ensuring their productivity and adherence to company policies.

- Clerical tasks: Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

- Extensive Quickbooks experience

- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work output.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find practical solutions.

- Knowledge of office equipment operation and maintenance.
