Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant and Office Administrator experienced in QuickBooks to join our well-established construction company of 30 years.
Preferable to have experience in preparing quotes.
Main duties in QuickBooks include: invoicing, collection, general bookkeeping along with office admin duties.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of MS office and some EXCEL skills.
Small office environment, working directly with owner and a very team oriented staff.
