Orange County Container Service is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Orange, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees

- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders

- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital

- Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining office equipment, coordinating repairs, and managing office supplies inventory

- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment

- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus

-Experience with Quickbook and HR

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.96 - $21.96 per hour
