Cooperative Christian Ministry is Hiring a Director of Marketing and Communications Near Phoenix, AZ
Overview:
We are a Christian ministry seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Profit Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our Marketing and Communication strategies, drive brand awareness, and enhance our organization's reputation.
OOS candidate may apply with the understanding that travel to Phoenix, AZ is required on an as needed basis (Hybrid or Remote if out of state)
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing plan.
- Develop integrated demand generation and acquisition strategies through direct response channels and execute campaigns that support revenue and engagement goals.
- Develop an annual marketing plan to engage and promote qualified partners to the next level of engagement.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans for internal departments.
- Manage the department budget to include planning and implementation.
- Hire, train, oversee and evaluate marketing team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 years marketing, fundraising, or agency experience including experience with acquisition and cultivation tactics; 2 years specific to non-profit marketing/fundraising highly preferred.
- 4 years personnel management experience with the ability to effectively lead teams, coach and develop staff.
- Solid understanding of marketing and media principles and practices, including online and print channels, with 5 years experience professionally interfacing within these media channels.
- Experience a variety of software, broadly including Donor Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong organizational skills, project management background and deadline driven work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
