About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Global Communications to play a pivotal role in elevating the brand and driving awareness of its solutions in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing proactive public relations, industry analyst relations, and social media outreach strategies. This includes managing press relations, leading brand message development, and proactively securing media coverage. The role also involves managing a PR agency, developing analyst relations, and leading the execution of a strategic social media program. The Director of Global Communications will be a frontline spokesperson for the company, preparing and coaching company spokespeople for media engagements, and collaborating with the global marketing team to support product launches and campaigns.Candidates for this position should have 10-15 years of corporate communications experience, with a focus on PR and AR, and a demonstrated track record of defining and managing communication strategies for SaaS or technical companies. The role requires the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and understandable manner, superior written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders to achieve results. The role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
