Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Coordinator to join our team. As the Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships, implementing fundraising strategies, and driving growth for our nonprofit organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Create and implement fundraising campaigns to meet revenue goals
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage donor database using Salesforce software
- Collect and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and grant applications
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact or similar software
- Plan and organize fundraising events to engage donors and supporters

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, marketing)
- Proven experience in relationship management within the nonprofit sector
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar donor management software
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Schedule

-Monday through Friday

-Hybrid schedule - remote two days, on site for three days (depends on daily operations of role)

-Some weekends and evenings as needed for the nature of the role (e.g., fundraising events, business visits, etc.)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
