This is for a delivery lead role, to be co-located with client in its Minneapolis office. Main responsibilities/requirements:

• Partnering with client leadership team to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance
• Experience leading Data and Analytics AI / ML development and support project teams
• Dedicated to ensure deliverable quality is up to client expectation
• Experience in working with executive level users to understand and design Advanced Analytics and Cognitive applications
• Experience in identifying, evaluation and developing mitigation strategy for any issue that may pit project deliverables at risk
• Understand complex systems and relations between a system s parts give rise to its collective behaviors and how the system interacts and forms relations with its environment This is a technical hands-on type of leadership position.
• Key experience desired will be Power BI development. Any data engineering experience would be important.
