Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions of a security operations department, scheduling and dispatching calls from internal security officers and answering external incoming calls from residents. Computer skill needed, Microsoft Suite, and other support portal system duties. Requiring sharp customer service skills and good phone etiquette.

��-REQUIREMENTS -��
✅Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint) required
✅Owning a guard card a plus
✅Dispatching experience required
✅Call center experience a plus
✅ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Security services experience a plus
✅Great customer service communication with internal and external business partners required
✅Multi-tasking skills
✅ Must be available to work a hybrid schedule
