About the Position:
Our client, Callahan Financial Management Group in Dayton, OH, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch administrative support, ensuring seamless client service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Address client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and appointments.
- Handle paperwork related to client accounts, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and process money orders, both incoming and outgoing.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation.
- Assist in preparing client reviews, reports, and other administrative needs for multiple wealth advisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client service.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and sensitive data.
- Build and maintain trust with clients and team members.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday
- Option for a 4-day work week, with Fridays off
- In-Office position located in Dayton, OH

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
