Job Description

Exciting Contract opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant Role with a client of ours in the Dayton, OH area! This will be for their 1st Shift Schedule.

11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries.

HR Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with HR duties as needed. 
  • Assist with on-boarding, orientations, and processing new hire packages
  • Oversee all drug & background testing of employees 
  • Update candidate records in applicant tracking system
  • Communicates with onsite and offsite staff, Account Manager(s), recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and agencies
  • Assist with sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for pipeline and open orders
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters

HR Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • HR experience is a plus! 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • The ability to take initiative and multi-task in a FAST-paced environment is a MUST!!
