Sales Representative Overview of Duties:
- Answer inbound calls from potential clients interested in our service. Call potential customers that request we a call back or scheduled appointment. Respond to chat messages and text messages promoting our products or services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent results.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for sales success

Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centers, sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
