This also means not everyone will get the chance to go solar due to the net metering and power gird. That makes it so important to ACT FAST. Many people are making those jumps and building that equity in their home instead of financially supporting the power company.

Your Mission

You will drive to potential customers customers using our own transportation. Our first appointment is all about making friends, collecting information and building trust. After you will set an appointment to return and that is when it is going to get SUNny solar HOT!!!!

Prices will be given and sales will be made.

• Solar Sales Closers travel to scheduled solar consultations, educate clients, and close the sale.
• Attend weekly virtual sales trainings.
• Attend company-wide webinars focused on personal development and peak performance.
• Compete in office sales targets

Responsibilities

• Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments set by ConstructSUN.
• Represent ConstructSUN professionally by becoming an expert on solar energy and through providing excellent customer service.
• Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Expectations and Critical Skill Sets

• Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections.
• Proven track record of field sales experience.
• Previous sales work experience of hitting or exceeding targets and examples of providing excellent customer service will be key indicators of success.
• Local travel. Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales territory.
• Meeting clients at set times
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Strong communicator and able to write/type
• Able to handle professional conversations with customers
• Must have access to a vehicle and smartphone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
