Responsibilities:

• Is intrigued by the challenge of making code work effectively and efficiently - working through fun challenges that might come up

• Work collaboratively with the functional and development teams to add new features and enhance our platform

• Has worked in an Agile environment through the full Software Development Lifecycle

• LOVES documenting their code and their work... (not a requirement, but might be useful!)

• Enjoys working in a hybrid environment, doesn't get too distracted by the office views, and can work effectively on remote days

Requirements

Must have Requirements:

• 3 years of Java Development experience

• 3 years of Spring (SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Spring Core, Spring Batch)

• Microservice development experience

Nice to have:

• Docker experience

• Kubernetes - personal experience 

• Angular (Angular JS, Angular 6)

• SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, MongoDB)

• API Development

• Kafka or rabbitMQ experience (streaming, event driven)

• Experience managing a team of 2-3 people
