We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution on the first contact whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, productivity, and quality metrics.
