About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional VP, Provider Sales to support its significant growth in the national Homecare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base of home care providers in the assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations, and achieving assigned quotas. This role requires collaboration with the Marketing team to develop leads, the execution of a territory plan for marketing coverage, and the completion of all sales administrative activities. The VP will also be expected to cultivate relationships with industry associations and leaders, stay updated on industry trends, and support the voice of the customer function to provide feedback to product teams.Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, a high energy level, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. The role demands a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with external clients and partners, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with internal and external staff. A creative thinker and problem solver who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential. Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of electronic visit verification (EVV) is a plus. The candidate must ensure the security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.
