Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial HVAC and Plumbing service department. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, generate estimates, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers
- Provide guidance and support to technicians as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
- Monitor service metrics and implement improvements as necessary

Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC/Plumbing maintenance
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and provide recommendations to customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software for service management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Commercial HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
• Commercial Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)

• Wichita, KS (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wichita, KS: Relocate before starting work (Required)
