A growing Dayton based Service area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and be involved in all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, staffing, employee engagement, retention, safety, worker's compensation programs, unemployment, EEO Policies, benefits, employee engagement, and other HR related activities in a mixed union and nonunion environment.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Qualified candidates must have:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations or similar field of Study;
HR Certification;
A minimum of 5 years experience in an H.R. Management or Director Position;
A minimum of 5 Years experience in an HR Generalist Position (preferably in an industrial environment);
And Be willing to be involved in HR Activities as well as oversee other HR Reports.
