The successful candidate will lead the PBP and People Consultant team, aligning the structure with the company's growth and V2MOM people methods. A strong background in M&A, leading complex ER cases, and experience in a global, remote environment is essential. The role requires the ability to drive major HR initiatives, influence decision-makers, and implement employee engagement, retention, and diversity initiatives. The successful candidate will be a thought partner on all things people and culture, operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and have the curiosity and desire to collaborate on cross-functional projects.
