About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global People Business Partners and Employee Relations to join their growing HR organization. The successful candidate will lead the PBP and People Consultant team, aligning the structure with the company's growth and V2MOM people methods. This role is pivotal in managing a global, diverse, and remote workforce, and the ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with a proven ability to work with transformational HR. Responsibilities include leading the ER function, overseeing complex employee relations cases, and being a trusted advisor to C-Suite leaders. The role also involves developing a global workforce strategy, supporting M&A activities, and leading large-scale business function transformations.Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years' of progressively increasing HRBP roles, with a focus on technical global/multinational organizations. A strong background in M&A, leading complex ER cases, and experience in a global, remote environment is essential. The role requires the ability to drive major HR initiatives, influence decision-makers, and implement employee engagement, retention, and diversity initiatives. The successful candidate will be a thought partner on all things people and culture, operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and have the curiosity and desire to collaborate on cross-functional projects.
