About the Team:
The People Team rolls out the red carpet for our employees during onboarding, offboarding and all people related matters in-between. They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure our people have a stellar experience while at TFH.
About the Opportunity:
This position will help our team scale by supporting our global mobility program.
  • Own the global mobility (immigration, relocation, internal transfers) workflows.
  • Making timely decisions, track progress, and manage budgets as it relates to relocations and immigration cases.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and push for excellence (top services for top talent).
  • Manage and assess our global mobility practices and policies on a regular basis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements to set us apart from the others.
  • Support the onboarding process to help acclimate new hires into TFH.
  • Administer our HRIS and payroll platforms and processes, maintaining accurate data and reporting.
  • Be the resource and point of contact for all things people. Redirect unrelated queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define key focuses as we scale.
About You:
  • 4 years of experience in People Operations with a focus on global mobility in a high-growth startup environment.
  • You are a problem solver and have a bias towards action
  • You pride yourself in being strategic and keeping up with current People trends
  • You aren't afraid of trying something new or rolling up your sleeves to get the small (but hugely important) things done
  • You are excited about challenges and can pivot easily
  • You never settle - you strive for excellence
