Confidential is Hiring a Food Service - Night Manager Near Sioux, IA
This is a Monday-Friday operation with some Saturdays required (as scheduled by the company).

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 10 to 14 individuals during evening operations.
Ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Oversee various areas of the operation, including but not limited to, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the shift.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn all areas of the operation and adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
