Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY.
The Director of Employee Relations shall develop and strategically positions human resources goals and objectives to successfully attract, retain, manage and motivate a highly talented and diverse workforce
The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with Employee Relations, Retention Analysis, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Labor and Employment Law.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Performance Management.
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity is necessary.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field is required.
Note: Additional experience identifying and implementing process improvements and measuring the success of such initiatives is a plus.
