The Director of Employee Relations shall develop and strategically positions human resources goals and objectives to successfully attract, retain, manage and motivate a highly talented and diverse workforce
The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with Employee Relations, Retention Analysis, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Labor and Employment Law.
Qualifications
Note: Additional experience identifying and implementing process improvements and measuring the success of such initiatives is a plus.
