We are a busy office with a retail store looking for a customer service representative who is professional, reliable, detail oriented, empathetic, and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Assist dispatching/scheduling.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• sell products from the store.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
