We are seeking a skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Plan, organize, and execute banquets and events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service
- Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality culinary offerings
- Maintain inventory control of banquet supplies and equipment
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for banquet staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Skills:
- Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food production processes
