We are looking for a parts manager for our luxury store in Southern New Hampshire. We are looking for a hard-working individual that wants to be a part of a team and a family environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
- Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Create/maintain pricing guidelines for customer categories
- Monitor and adjusts inventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Work closely with service manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Provides technical assistance when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive parts manager
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Valid drivers license
- CDK experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
