Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership management and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, service, and parts departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding performance
- Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations

Skills:
- Proven experience in dealership management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong ability in upselling products or services
- Proficiency in software applications related to automotive industry
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial
- Strong public speaking skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $240,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
