Looking to be the leader of your own automotive service center? As the center leader, your role as General Manager is to be the customer service champion of our Automotive Repair Center.

As the center leader, you will be expected to inspire and build up your team on a daily basis. You will need to have the ability and experience to hire and train your technicians and employees for their role in the shop. Building a team with the focus on creating the best customer experience!

General Manager

• Primary responsibility is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!
• Leadership skills is a must, invest in your team daily in making them better!
• Coach and develop a team to perform at the highest standards.
• Must have prior experience managing an automotive service center.
• Maintain daily labor and sales goals with proper scheduling.
• Responsible for leading the team to follow our inspection process and to create lifetime customer's that promote our business!
• Must be able to hire, and train your own staff.
• Competitive salary with sales commissions and store bonuses.
• Must have a high level of automotive knowledge in service and repair.
• Ability to create estimates and order parts while maintaining proper inventory levels.
• We teach our leaders how to lead by example and to be a servant leader at your center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Hiring and training: 2 years (Preferred)
• Automotive repair management: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Plano, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
