The Service Advisor's primary job is selling services and repairs to customers as recommended by the technicians while delivering an incredible customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Sell repairs and service to customers using company guidelines and best practices

Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email and in person

Create invoices for clients, help order parts / manage returns, dispatch repairs as needed under direction of manager

Fill in on tasks to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could include: shuttling a customer, picking up a part, etc.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in a sales role in the automotive industry (aftermarket, dealership, etc.)

Able to work and complete tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has frequent distractions and interruptions

Possess a working knowledge of a Windows computer. This includes the ability to type, operate a mouse, manage email, and use common office software

Ability to commute both verbal and written

Able to get in and out of various vehicles

Valid Driver's License and ability to drive a motor vehicle
