We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records as well as smooth office operation.
```Duties```
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Assist with general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and month-end close procedures
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Conduct credit analysis for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize excel, micro soft word and google sheets
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you need to possess the following skills:
- Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing and related software (e.g., ADP)
- Experience with account reconciliation and general ledger accounting
Requirements.
Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/administrative .
Associates degree in accounting or business admin.
