We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist.
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc. with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system
- Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email
- Produce the monthly aging report.
- Prepares non-inventory purchase order requisitions.
Qualifications:
- 1 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
